Meditation is a type of practice and has a long history taking it back to Hindu traditions of Ancient India. The benefits of meditation would be being able to focus, improved memory, less anxiety and stress, immunity boost, and reduced fatigue. When meditating it actually helps students focus more in class and they are able to learn what they are being taught. Meditating also helps with students being able to retain more information than they usually do. Headaches, stress, anger, depression, and many other symptoms can be taken care of if students begin to meditate. Students also begin to have a better lifestyle with the use of meditating because this means that they get the sleep that they need. Not only do they have a better lifestyle, but they don’t get sick as easily as well. There are many benefits when it comes to doing meditation.
