Working Out

The gyms are opened back up, so I decided to get a membership and attempt to better myself. I’ve been going for the last two weeks and I feel pretty good. I go first thing in the morning, and I like it so far because I feel as though I have more energy throughout the rest of the day. I have a close friend going with me just so we can motivate each other to be better people. I’m trying to focus more on cardio since I gained more belly fat due to Covid restrictions, so I’m running more than I’m lifting weights. So far in the 2 weeks I’ve lost around 7 pounds! I’m very proud of myself for forcing myself to go and workout.
