Our Health After The Shutdown

With our time being in quarantine we’ve seen people let themselves go from before all this stuff started. Everyone being left in their houses has had an effect on their health. A way I’ve helped myself from going off the edge is I ended up taking up a new hobby and changing my diet. I’ve been working on myself to bring myself back from before.

There are a few things people can do if they don’t have money to pick up a hobby that’s a lot like some physical exercise and being with friends to not feel lonely after all that time in lockdown. People that are often by themselves are found with depression and the feeling of loneliness if not surrounded with other people. This all doesn’t apply to just physical health but also mentally as well.
