My Physical Exercise Routine

I think it’s pretty obvious to most people that exercising is important in many ways. At least currently, here’s what my routine looks like:

1. I run/walk/jog around my neighborhood

2. I swim several laps at a pool

3. I lift weights

4. I do various stretches and exercises like push-ups, pull ups, crunches, butterfly kicks, sit-ups, planks, etc.

Now on each individual day, I do numbers 1-4 in any order, sometimes skipping one, sometimes doing more.

However the most important thing to do here is to make a habit of it. You won’t see much change if you do these everyday for 2 or 3 weeks and that’s it, but if you do it for several months and more, and devote yourself to it (not forgetting), then you’ll definitely see a change in your body, and how you feel (physically).

When I first started doing this, I would do this for several days, and then the next day I’d forget, then the next day I’d get lazy, then I ended up not doing it for months. This is why it’s important to commit yourself and not forget or get lazy, I’m sure once you do it long enough to become a habit, you won’t forget as easily.
