How to Make Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are probably one of the easiest things to make, but not everyone may make them the same way you do. So with that being said, I’m going to tell you how I make my scrambled eggs. This recipe is simple. First, get a pan and turn on the stove on medium heat and let the pan get hot. Next, grab a bowl and crack about 3 eggs, then you’re going to grab some milk and only put a very little bit, not too much or else the eggs won’t taste as good and they will be too light. Then get a fork and whisk and beat the eggs for about 15 seconds. After it’s all mixed up, you are going to put a little bit of salt into the mixture, then whisk again for about 10 seconds. Finally, you are going to get your spatula and butter ready. Scoop up a little patch of butter and scoop it on the middle of the pan. Since your pan is hot, the butter should immediately start melting. As it’s doing that, spread the butter around the pan and put your mixture in. Let it settle for about 10 seconds, then start moving the mixture around in the pan with the spatula until the eggs start to scramble. The eggs should be done in at least 5 minutes. Once your eggs are scrambled and yellow, they are ready. You can serve it with whatever sides you like, but I personally like putting my eggs on top of my toast with berries on the side. I hope you try this recipe and you enjoy it. This was my take on how to make scrambled eggs.
