Marshmallows: Egypt
A third pastry is more of a sweet treat then anything. Originating from ancient Egypt, the marshmallow is a treat I would like to try in its home country. The marshmallow was brought up from adding Marsh-Mallow plant sap to a honey candy that was left to harden, so I would like to be able to see how this plant grows and the process of making marshmallow. ✨ 🙂
