Why I think we kids should have a phone nowadays… today we live in a society where a lot of bad things happen. When we were little times weren’t so scary back then. Many of us do have phones and it’s mainly either for school, communication with parents, or the usual just because everyone else has one you have to have one. Today you can walk out and see 8-year-olds with a brand new phone which I find very strange but it’s typically all to fit in. Having a phone can be good but can also be bad. Many viruses and many people can easily track you. Social media also has a big impact, as it could really change a child’s mindset and keep them very easily distracted. I agree it is nice having a phone so we can text and facetime those who we would want to talk to.
