On February 23rd 2019, nineteen year-old Paul Murdaugh was allegedly driving his boat with five other passengers. When passing near Parris Island, South Carolina, the boat crashed killing then nineteen year-old Mallory Beach. A few years before that Stephen Smith and Gloria Satterfield were killed in 2015 and 2018 with all evidence pointing towards the Murdaugh family but it is still unsolved. Unexpectedly, on June 7, 2021 Paul Murdaugh and Maggie Murdaugh were then murdered.
