On June 3rd at 3:23 pm, Mark Corona was killed by his cousin, Paul Stoeppler. The incident happened outside of Stadium Pizza in Wildomar, where the victim was shot in his car. Police shut the area down for the rest of the day, with some cars and people trapped inside police tape. According to Corona’s family members, Stoeppler had PTSD and that could have been the cause of the incident. On June 4th, a vigil was held in front of Stadium Pizza by Corona’s friends and family to mourn their unexpected loss.
