With Halloween slowly dawning upon the students, the question on whether to dress-up becomes frequently asked. Students should still consider wearing costumes on October 31st , since it is the one chance to be a “child” again. Running around with friends or family in search of candy has arguably been one of the liveliest nights of every year, and even though students are getting older, they should still be able to experience the satisfaction of youth. As humans age and enter adulthood, they can possibly feel as if they choose to not dress-up, they are more mature than those who do, but, however, having this mindset can have a negative impact on their reputation, since they are not dressing up for this once a year activity. It damages their reputation, because they are displaying the inability to be festive, which can possibly lead others to believe that the un-festive person is a “downer.” As Halloween rolls around, everyone should wear costumes, in order to create cherished memories.
