What happened?

A gunman opened fire at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, California, late Wednesday night. Witnesses say that the man fired at people in a packed bar during college night.

The gunman was a twenty-eight-year-old former Marine by the name of Ian David Long. He shot himself after he killed all those people.

Twelve people were killed, including a Ventura County Sheriff”s Deputy, and at least a dozen people were injured.
