It is no secret that school can be very stressful–especially at the end of the semester when grades are finalized. However, there are quick and easy solutions to relieve the stress.

1.  Take a walk. Walking has been credited with increasing energy levels and improving the walker’s mood for up to twelve hours.

2. Laugh. Laughing releases endorphins, which make the body feel good.

3. Breathe. Deep breathing oxygenizes, focuses, and relaxes your brain.

4. Chew gum. Chewing gum increases alertness and blood flow to the brain.

5. Listen to music. Listening to music can improve your sleep, boost your self-confidence, and increase your energy levels.
