It’s just a week left till the fall festival is held. This is an opportunity for students of all years to get their community service hours in if they haven’t already fulfilled their required hours, and is also a chance for students to visit how the festival is going to be like. The festival will be held at Lake Land Village Middle from 4:30 to 8:30, which will give you 4 hours of community service. Students should make sure to get a community service form from either the college and career center or from the counselors’ office. Students will need 50 hours of community service so all students that haven’t done their community service hours should take this chance and put in some hours. There will be many more opportunities like this to get more hours but I feel this would be the best chance for a lot of students to take this opportunity as they’ll get to see what it’ll be like. If you’re interested in doing this option head to the counselors’ office or college and career center to get a community service form.
