During summer I’m usually bored and hardly do anything, so that’s why I got a job during summer and helped my mom out. It felt nice knowing I was making money. Although I hated waking up early in the mornings and going to work, it was all worth it because I got to buy things I wanted for myself. It also helped me get my mind off things and be distracted. It was also helpful knowing I was going to go home tired and sleep for the rest of the day. What makes having a job fun is knowing you’re working for yourself.
