On September 25th, Crumbl cookies celebrated their birthday by adding an exciting variety of cookies to their weekly menu. Along with the new cookies to try, they also gave us a gift, which was a reduced price on the cookies. They offered six cookies for the price of four, and this deal had people lining up as soon as the stores opened.
Their first weekly flavor was extremely chocolatey. It was a Birthday Cake Cookie featuring Oreos. Their cookies are a very big size and contain over 780 calories so it is best to split them with others. This cookie was covered in a cake batter cream cheese frosting, and topped with small pieces of Oreos.
Their second weekly flavor was entirely new and Crumbl cookie made a full size cake to go with the miniature cake. This new cake had two layers of cake batter confetti cake and was layered with sweet vanilla buttercream. This new item was not a cookie, but a cake and it is quite rare for them to release cakes.
Another cookie that Crumbl released that personally was my favorite was a peanut butter cookie featuring snickers. I am not too big a fan of peanut butter but the cookies were topped with a caramel buttercream and small pieces of snickers so the peanut butter flavor is not overpowering.
The last cookie that was released this week was a pink sugar cookie. This cookie is not new but it is one of their original recipes. The cookie is made with an almond sugar cookie base and is made with real almond frosting. I was not a fan of this cookie but I feel that is it because the almond dough is a lot harder than the normal cookie dough that is used.
Crumbl cookie releases new weekly flavors every Monday, but this week’s flavors are special because they are celebrating their birthday. If you have the chance to try this week’s flavors, do so. You will not be disappointed.
