This fall Starbucks released their annual traditional flavors. They have been released for about a month, but for the first few weeks, Starbucks locations were sold out worldwide by costumers who had been waiting for the drinks. Each of these drinks and treats are unique and each have their own twist.
The famous pumpkin spice latte is a classic that was an absolute must on the list for this year’s flavors. This drink consists of steamed milk with shots of espresso and the special added flavor of pumpkin and cinnamon. There is not a chilled option for this drink but many other flavors on the menu are similar.
My personal favorite and I believe the second most popular drink of this season is the iced pumpkin cream chai. I’m not a fan of chai, but the pumpkin cream cold foam blends very well with the drink. The base of this drink is black tea infused with their pumpkin spices, but the drink is very sweet despite the tea.
An iced fall themed latte that was released this season as well, is the iced pecan crunch oat milk latte. This latte is a great option for those who are lactose intolerant and who do not prefer a sweet drinks. This drink has a vanilla sweet cream cold foam that can be swapped for the pumpkin cold foam if wanted. The latte has “crunch” in the name because it is also topped with a crunchy pecan flavored sugar.
Aside from fall themed drinks, Starbucks also released a variety of treats. A few treats that have already been introduced years before were the pumpkin cream cheese muffin and the pumpkin & pepita loaf. Starbucks also released a new mummy cookie and a raccoon cake pop. Both new treats are extremely detailed and have been sold out at all locations near me. This season’s fall drinks and fall treats are very tasty and unique and I would 100% recommend trying.
