Grammy-winning Chicago rapper Devontay Banks, aka Lil Durk, has been charged in a murder-for-hire plot and is now in custody. The rapper had two international flights booked, one to Dubai and the other to Switzerland, but neither of the flights were boarded. Federal agents said the rapper later booked a third flight set to depart from Miami to Italy, but ended up getting arrested in the vicinity of the airport.
