The NFL season is coming closer to the playoffs and is just two months away, projected to start on January 11th. If the season were to end today the 1st seeds in both leagues would be the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC with an impressive 7 wins and 0 losses start to the season, being the only perfect team in the league. Not trailing far behind are the Detroit Lions in the NFC holding a record of 6 wins and 1 loss. Those two are the favorites to win their own leagues and the odds say much the same things. The Chiefs hold +450 odds to win it all with the Ravens and the 49ers having higher odds than expected with the Ravens having struggles against the Browns with only 2 wins and 6 losses making them look a bit worse. The 49ers should also be a surprise with a mediocre 4 and 4 record and a loss to a below average LA Rams team with not much going for them. But to keep a long story short, the Chiefs are the clear favorite and have been so for several years now, especially with the talent such as Patrick Mahomes who has 2 NFL MVPs and 3 NFL Superbowl wins.
