Insecure is a TV show produced by HBO where it shows the complex life of the two best friends Issa Dee (Issa Rae) and Molly Carter (Yvonne Orji). Their life is shown to be flawed and complicated, as they have their internal ups and downs as well as external. This show visualizes their struggles with race, relationships, occupations, and self. This show is five seasons of constant drama but clashes with comedy. I believe it is the perfect tone of humor, seemingly self depreciating, and a perfect series to watch if you need something to relate if you are in late adulthood.
