This week there was an earthquake in San Francisco with a magnitude of 7.0. On that Thursday, there were many aftershocks in Northern California. The San Francisco Chronicle reported there have been evacuation orders for communities because supposedly there was a tsunami next. Five million people were alerted about the tsunami, and just 5 minutes after it hit. This caused some panic in the community but shortly after the warning was taken down. There are also some speculations that the earthquakes would hit the San Andreas fault. There is nothing certain about the after effects of this but officials are making sure to put the safety of Americans first.
