People buy ridiculous things all the time, but none as ridiculous as this. Pokemon has been around for decades and has grown a large fan base through shows, movies, and merchandise. They have managed to stay relevant throughout the times because of their loyal fan base, but some of those fans make choices the majority wouldn’t. A Cheeto shaped like Charizard (a Pokemon), was recently bought for $87,840 through auction. A large amount of money for a perishable good, but to each their own.
