My mom likes to eat healthy but she loves a sweet treat and is always making something new. Last week she started making homemade banana ice cream and it was sooooo good she had to make it even better. She made it into a banana split with a banana sliced in half, peanut butter, the ice cream, pecans, walnuts, and date syrup drizzled on top. It was honestly one of the best desserts I’ve ever had and I recommend you give it a try too!
