Sea levels are rising and pose threat to certain cities or rural areas on costs. Though Trump is stripping back agencies that are focused on learning what may happen, these agencies still give their all into finding out and trying to make better. The annual rise of sea levels has doubled over the past 30 years. The Antarctic has enough plates to raise the levels by 190 ft itself, which would be detrimental for the earth. Sadly, the earth is expected for at least 3ft of sea level rising.
