The TV show Daredevil is based on the comic books called Daredevil.
It starts out showing how Matt Murdock becomes Daredevil, as Matt Murdock gets acid spilt in his eyes and is now blind. It shows the influence his dad had on him when he tells Matt that Murdocks don’t quit. Eventually Matt’s Dad is shot in an alley way. That is the backstory.
Daredevil, aka Matt Murdock, believes in protecting people, and doesn’t want the same thing to happen to other people’s dad’s. In protecting people even if he beats them up, he still believes there is enough good in people to keep them alive and let the justice system handle it; he believes even bad people deserve chances to become good people.
Matt Murdock is a lawyer for a reason. Being friends with Foggy Nelson and Karen Page, he is a very good at being people oriented and very smart to become a good lawyer. What makes Matt Murdock a good person is he can sense how someone feels, thinks, and in a good or bad way, he can succeed just by knowing the person.
Daredevil fights Kingpin, Bullseye, and the Hand which are the ninjas, and other gang members/criminals, he fights these people to stop them from of course being bad/doing bad things, corruption, but also to teach people why the justice system should properly be used.
So understanding Daredevil is he protects/ Fights because he believes in teaching people a lesson, but also giving them a second chance based on what the justice system does and teaches them. He is a very kind man but knows when not to be when protecting/fighting. He has it in him to turn it on when he needs to, and no matter the pressure he can still do it. He is a lawyer because he believes in helping/ teaching people lessons in court, and he uses his past to fuel him, and he has a heart of gold. He is a well balanced personality which I hope I have in this world.
