Taylor Swift Eras Movie 2023

Taylor Swift Eras Movie 2023

Friday was senior ditch day and I took the day to stay home and prepare for the night I was going to have. The day has finally come and I got to see Taylor Swift on a big screen premiering her own movie called “Taylor Swift Eras Concert Tour Film.” It released on October 13th and I went to the 6:30 show and didn’t get out till 10. It was so crowded by many other swifties that were dressed up, trading bracelets, and getting excited to sing her songs and dance to them. I took my sister with me to the movie since we never got a chance to experience the concert. I missed the opening of the first song, Miss Americana And The Heartbreak Prince because I was getting popcorn and a drink. I got the Taylor Swift combo that came with a souvenir popcorn bucket and a cup. The combo costs $19.89 as a result to her 1989 (Taylor’s Version) coming out in two weeks and the tax was 87 cents for Travis Kelce’s number on his jersey. Many of the workers were wearing shirts saying “I love Taylor Swift,” and “I’m A Swiftie.” This one worker was wearing a Travis Kelce number 87 jersey which was so funny. I came back just in time to hear Cruel Summer playing. Many people were trading bracelets, singing their hearts out and dancing on the sides of the theater. It was a blast. It felt like I was actually at the concert myself. Every turn you made around the room everyone was singing, dancing and screaming the songs. The effects that were appearing on the screen were so cool, they looked 3D. Reputation and 1989 were the biggest ones my sister and I were going crazy for. They’re two of my favorite albums she has released. We were screaming the lyrics and swinging our light up sticks we got yesterday night at the football game. At the ending of the movie, I wanted to stay and watch the movie credits because of the bloopers, and sadly Long Live ( a Speak Now song) didn’t make to the set list so it became the credits at the end. The message Taylor sent to all her fans at the ending of the movie was a message on a bracelet saying “Thank you to the most generous, thoughtful, and loving fans on the planet. This is all because of you and for you.” If anything I would go again to watch the movie, dress up and trade bracelets with the people around me. Taylor has such a big community all around the world that are so supportive and that are so generous to others. I’m glad I got to experience the film on Premiere Day! I recommend watching this film if you never got a chance to go to the concert or if you have never been to a Taylor Swift Concert.
