Daft Punk is the electronic French duo most famous for their albums Random Access Memories and Discovery but they split up on February, 22nd, 2021. Even with this break up this doesn’t mean Thomas Bangalter (the silver robot) and Guy-Manuel (the gold robot) haven’t been up to some musical shenanigans such as Thomas making a new a solo album and working with Lil Nas X or Guy-Manuel working with Travis Scott on his newest album UTOPIA. They’ve also remade Random Access Memories in a drumless form for people to sample or remix the songs on the album.
