Notoruss Rhone has been seen multiple times stealing food from friends. He takes their food and does the same to others when he is in the mood and has no remorse for it. They have not said anything about it because they are secretly okay with it and have no issues with it. Notoruss has a large appetite and stops at nothing to fill it.
