I have a story to tell, you might not listen but I will nevertheless still tell it. He was shy, and I was shy, so it’s a wonder how we came together, but I am so glad we did. He made me feel bold and something told me I just had to talk to him, so I did. His smile made me have butterflies, I don’t know what hit me but I loved it. After a few days, I convinced myself to make a move, so I moved to sit by him in Spanish and my chest hurt because my heart was beating so fast. Then we started walking together, and every day we hung out. One of our friends saw us walking and asked him if he liked me, of course, but he did not give him an answer. So at lunch, I got the nerve to ask it myself and he asked me why and I told him “Because I do” and then he admitted it. Walking to PE I told him to ask me out so he did. Now we are going on a year and I can’t wait to look back to that moment where I found my person. <3
