This upcoming graduation is going to be fantastic. I’m finally leaving high school behind and basically starting my life out in the real world. I have many plans after high school that I can now do on my own and I can finally go on my own path as well. Most people would be sad that leaving high school has come this quick but in my opinion it’s more exciting than sadness because finally being treated as an adult and not a kid anymore is a big step in life and I love the feeling of it because it makes me look mature in most situations. I have plans to go out and get a job in Vegas and pursue my music career out there just because my other friends are out there and they can help me out. Putting in the work in all my classes and everything in life has all led up to the moment where I can walk up to the stage and get my diploma after 12 years of my life of working and going home everyday and doing my assignments hour to hour. My next assignment in life is to get more work done and hopefully get a house of my own to call my own for a while.

My parents might feel a little overwhelmed that I’m graduating and growing up so fast but the magical thing about this all is that they get to see me grow up. They know I worked hard for this moment in my life after coming home with bad grades and at times I would come home with good grades, they’ve seen my ups and downs but overall they have seen how I grew as an individual. I’m so grateful that my parents were there every single step of the way and they made a childish kid like me want to explore opportunities and accomplish his dreams after his educational path in life came to a end. I’ve never been a person that has changed in life and I’m still that same kid that sits quietly in all his classes. Inside, that person will stick to me till my final days are over on Earth and I appreciate the people around who talk to me right and wrong. Overall, graduation will take my life on a new path and hopefully it’s a path that will make everyone around me proud.
