Are Tomatoes a Fruit?

Are tomatoes a fruit? There have been debates over whether tomatoes are a fruit or vegetable. Many say a tomato is a vegetable since it is used in dishes with vegetables. Tomatoes are also mainly used as a vegetable. However it is said that vegetables don’t have any seeds while fruits do. Now tomatoes have a seeds which is why those will say it is a fruit. Me personally I see a tomato as a vegetable. However many say otherwise.
