Why did no one tell us that love was this hard? I spent my early years watching rom-com movies with my grandma, and I imagined being in love to be something easy, like a lock and key, but boy was I wrong. I love my boyfriend more than anything, but we are nothing like the movies, we fight (more like disagree), we get annoyed and sometimes I feel so overwhelmed with everything it feels like the end of the world. Sometimes I do wish that love was a walk in the park, that it was like walking on cloud nine. But it is painful, exhausting, and stressful. Never knowing what’s right and wrong, and trying so hard to make it last. Real love is tough but if it’s meant to last it will. Love is the strongest thing and the best thing in the world. It is better than any drug you can buy, it is worth more than all the diamonds in the world, yet it is priceless. And I believe that everyone deserves to find their true love!  I know it might be cheesy and you might not believe me, but I already found my person. Have you?
