This year is leap year! Leap year is when there’s one extra day in the year, and that one extra day is in this month. February 29th is soon and I wanted to explain some stuff about it. Leap year was created by the Roman emperor, Julius Caesar, back in 46 B.C, when he claimed that year to be the year of confusion.
