The Cowboys traded for George Pickens at the start of the season and he has very quickly shown his ability to be a WR1 on any team with a capable QB. In just seven games he has become a leading WR in the NFL putting up stats like eight receptions for 134 yards and 2 touchdowns in arguably one of their most important games against the Packers after trading Micah Parsons. Pickens’ impact is noticed immediately and felt by opposing teams having to cover two of the best WRs in the league with a QB that is playing like a MVP caliber player, not giving the defense a chance against the best offense in the league. While being on pace to have the best year in his NFL career yet, he has shown the Cowboys why he deserves a contract extension for being a part of the reason this year’s Cowboys offense has had so much success.
