Josh Allen was born and raised in Firebaugh, California, grew up on a 2,000 acer farm, and went to Firebaugh High School. After going to Firebaugh High School he went to Reedley community college because he got no offers from any 4 year universities or division 1 colleges.
At Reedley community college he got the job of starting quarterback, but after 1 season he sent out 1,000 emails to college coaches, and only 1 division 1 college gave him a scholarship, and that was the University of Wyoming.
In his first season at the University of Wyoming, Josh Allen as a sophomore broke his collarbone. Josh took his redshirt that season as he broke his collarbone. Josh Allen got fully healthy for his sophomore year but this time as a redshirted sophomore. In that season he led Wyoming to a 8 win season and a bowl game. Josh Allen returned for his junior year and led them to a 8 win season and Josh Allen won the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl MVP. In his career at Wyoming Josh had 44 touchdowns with 5,100 passing yards.
Josh Allen entered the 2018 NFL Draft and was the 7th overall pick in the 1st round. After struggles in the first season only completing 52 percent of his passes, in 2020 he had a 69 percent completion rate. He has led the Bills to the playoffs since 2019, and in 2024 Josh Allen won the NFL MVP award.
Josh Allen is the definition of never quitting on something. This isn’t just for sports it is also in real life, because anything to achieve is possible, MVPS aren’t found they are forged, and everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves.
