LED lights, (Light Emitting Diodes) are illumination devices used to light up an area.
The reason they are so popular is because they save more power compared to regular lights, and they come in different colors.
The red and the green led light were easy to make, while blue LED lights were the hardest to make. It took a full team just to emit blue light, until Shuji Nakamura made the first led light to emit 1500 microwatts and burn bright blue. It took years to develop, and made people rich, because LEDs only used to be in instrument panels, or car radios. It is easy to forget that fact, because in modern days, many homes have access to stunning white led lights in the rooms.
As I said before, it took years to get that missing link and create the blue LED. Also, because of that information it became the first illumination breakthrough since Thomas Edison’s original incandescent bulb. Blue leds made it so that led lights were no longer stuck in instrument panels, and moved to bridges, homes, toys, electronics, museums, galleries, and many more.
