Chicken Parm, or Chicken Parmesan is a breaded chicken recipe topped with parmesan cheese and tomato sauce.
Chicken Parmesan is made by breading and pan-frying chicken breasts, topping them with marinara and cheese, and finishing in the oven for a crispy, juicy, andcheesy result.
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6 halves if slicing large breasts)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2–3 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
-
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1–2 cups marinara sauce (homemade or high-quality jarred)

1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup provolone or fontina cheese (optional)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

½ cup olive oil or vegetable oil for frying

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Once you have all of your ingredients, you want to:
1. Prep the Chicken
2. Set Up Breading Station
3. Bread the Chicken
4. Pan-Fry
5. Assemble for Baking
6. Bake.
