HVAC technicians fix those things inside buildings, or anywhere where there is Heating; Ventilation brings in fresh air which is everywhere, and Air Conditioning which is what cools down, and look at diagrams. Those skills are in demand everywhere and you will never not have a job. HVAC technicians salary depends on city and state, entry level 35-44K, Mid level 45-59K, Senior Tech 60-80K, Master Tech 80-100K. Education there is community colleges with associates of applied science degrees in HVAC, and or trade schools.
